Who we are

This website is run by Mo Vadillo, trading as Mo Sports Massage, at Soma Wellbeing Centre, 3–6 Bagley’s House, Bagley’s Court, Pottergate, Norwich NR2 1TW. If you have any questions about your information, email mo@mosportsmassagenorwich.com.

What this website collects

The website has one contact form and no accounts or newsletter sign-ups. Its fonts are hosted on this site, so your visit isn’t shared with a font service. Google Analytics (only if you accept it), the embedded booking calendar and the map are provided by third parties, as explained below.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are tapped. Analytics only switches on if you click Accept in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy, and it is kept for 14 months. The website uses no advertising cookies.

If you accept, this site also remembers recognised Google Business Profile or Instagram link labels as you browse in the current tab. This temporary record is valid for up to 30 minutes and contains only public campaign labels, not your name, contact details or health information. The labels are added to booking links and passed to the LeadConnector booking system when you follow them, helping Mo understand where booking visits come from. Rejecting analytics clears this temporary record and stops this source tracking. You can still browse and book either way.

When you book

Online booking is provided by a third-party booking system (LeadConnector), which appears on this site and opens from the booking buttons. When you book, the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, appointment and deposit payment, are handled by that system and its payment provider under their own privacy terms, and shared with Mo so he can manage your appointment.

Maps

Pages that show where to find Mo include an embedded Google Map. It is loaded from Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address, and Google’s own privacy policy applies. You can use the “Get directions” link instead if you prefer.

When you contact Mo

If you use the contact form, email, phone or message Mo on WhatsApp, he’ll receive the details you send and use them only to reply and to arrange your treatment. Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to Mo and aren’t stored on the website. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Health information

Before your massage, Mo will ask about any injuries, health conditions or medication so the treatment can be adapted safely. This is discussed in person and isn’t written down or stored.

How long information is kept

Contact messages and booking details are kept for as long as they’re needed to arrange and manage your appointments. Mo reviews them every year and deletes anything that’s no longer needed. Records held in the booking system are also covered by its own terms.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to:

• see the information held about you
• have it corrected if it’s wrong
• have it deleted, where there’s no reason to keep it
• object to or restrict how it’s used

To make a request, email mo@mosportsmassagenorwich.com. If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If anything about how this website handles information changes, this page will be updated and the date above changed.
